Our BAZZAR Spa here at Shrigley Hall Hotel is looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Spa Manager to join their team, creating the ultimate relaxation package for guest experience.
As Assistant Spa Manager you will be jointly responsible for leading the spa team with the Spa Manager to deliver an exceptional service and take pride in creating the perfect destination for a peaceful and luxurious visit. The successful candidate will be currently working as a Senior Spa Therapist and have the strong management skills with a level NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Elemis experience is preferred but full training can be given.

As well as driving the guest journey to map out what exceptional looks like, you will play an essential part in assisting with the training and development of the team.
Assist in managing the Spa Reception, whilst offering treatment information by phone/email and booking appointments for yourself and the team.
Be responsible for spa equipment, products and ensure the cleanliness of the spa and leisure suite area is kept to a high standard.
Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met at all times.
Assist with the training of new staff members in all aspects of treatments to the standard we require.
Drive retail targets and incentives throughout the team
Ensuring the other areas of the Spa, including the leisure and café are running smoothly
