SUMMARY  Assist the Stable Manager to facilitate the occupancy of horses in Keeneland barns during sales, race meets and non-seasonal training periods by performing the following duties:.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.    * Data Entry * Scan Health and Safety Requirements * Check Horses In and Out of Incompass System * Assist in Employee Scheduling * Organize Stakes and Receiving Barn Stall Assignments * Performs Other duties as required   QUALIFICATIONS   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.               EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE  Two years related experience and/or training.  LANGUAGE SKILLS  Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employee organization. Ability to communicate with Hispanic speaking individuals.   CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS  Drivers license; Kentucky Horse Racing Commission License.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
