  • Proven track record in leading a successful team, in either retail, hospitality or a contact centre environment.
  • You will be self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • You’ll be a strong leader and team player who has outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work independently (and earn some great commissions by meeting or exceeding your sales targets!).
  • Confident with technology and mastery of systems and processes.

Responsibilities

You’ll primarily be the smiling face that assists in leading our teams in serving and selling to customers in our fantastic Invercargill store.

As a Assistant Store Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Home Base in the delivery and performance of our targets covering all of our touchpoints.
  • Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture.
  • Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
  • Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools).
  • Able represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do.
  • Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback.
