You’ll coach and develop your team in real-time, asking powerful questions and guiding conversations that build confidence, problem-solving skills, and lasting growth. You’ll proactively connect with customers through outreach tools and campaigns—driving traffic, building loyalty, and sparking referrals. You’ll elevate the customer experience, resolving escalations, tracking feedback, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable, 5-star impression. You’ll manage cash and inventory with precision, from transactions and promotions to device security and inventory controls. You’ll keep operations running smoothly, handling HR tasks, inventory counts, community involvement, and compliance—all while supporting your Store Leader and district initiatives.
