Job Summary Calling all conceptual thinkers, team players, and eyewear aficionados — KREWE is looking for a Community Engagement Assistant Store Leader to join our UPCOMING store location in Long Beach, CA! Responsibilities and Duties Lead local grassroots marketing efforts in partnership with Store Managers that will increase brand awareness, drive traffic to stores, and generate incremental revenue Review/Support ROS with Store Managers, including ensuring all necessary creative assets, supplies, hospitality, etc., have arrived Lead all store events in partnership with Store Manager Ensure all team members are knowledgeable on the event, goal for the event, and are prepared to deliver goal Upkeep of local market Events Strategy Calendar Assist Store Manager with conceptualizing and planning events Achieve store event and revenue targets Assist with sourcing and compiling market partners and brand activation opportunities Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists Work closely with your retail partners to ensure sales quotas are exceeded Set daily team goals and strive to reach every day Maintain visual brand standards at all times Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door Enjoy the sun (as always)!
