Key Responsibilities: Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract high-caliber candidates who align with our mission and values. Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools to ensure a consistent and high-quality selection process. Manage a high-volume recruitment calendar, including the coordination of interviews, panels, and candidate travel logistics. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all candidates are educated on and meet our specific appearance and professionalism standards. Serve as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates, prioritizing open requisitions and managing communication. Partner with leadership to translate growth goals into actionable hiring plans and diverse talent pipelines. Facilitate the transition from candidate to associate, ensuring a guest-first experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Manage confidential candidate information with total discretion and ensure all hiring practices meet ethical and professional standards. Qualifications: 3 or more years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in retail, fashion, or a mission-based company. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain professionalism and good judgment under pressure. Demonstrated excellence in both written correspondence and interpersonal communication across all organizational levels.
