We are looking for ASSITANT STORE MANAGER to join our team at ALBURY, NSW.
As an Assistant Store Manager at Neverland, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive store performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead the team to success.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Uphold and assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Lead by example in delivering the Neverland customer experience, and assist in training, coaching, and motivating the store team.
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets through exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and efficient task management.
  • Support in the execution of visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities to a high standard.
  • Assist with weekly reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
  • Step up to oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, taking accountability for store presentation, service, and performance.
