• As an Assistant Store Manager, you ensure the smooth operation of the till, guaranteeing a seamless and pleasant experience for our customers.You make sure that the shelves always remain well stocked.With your help, the store is always impeccably organized, allowing our customers to shop smart with ease.Thanks to your smile and dynamism, you help to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.Furthermore, you will be required to replace the Store Manager in their absence, in collaboration with your Assistant Store Manager colleagues:You are in charge of opening and closing the store.You inspire and motivate your team of a dozen colleagues to give their best, day after day.You manage the team and ensure optimal distribution of tasks and scheduling.
