Assistant Store Manager Full-time Location: Anthony, KS An employee at Shepherds exemplifies our belief of “Where Service Matters." We believe that top notch customer service is the only way to conduct business. Our Assistant Store Managers are leaders in that area and create the culture for the staff they lead. This person is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all facets of running a convenience store which includes recruiting and onboarding new staff, ordering for the store, training, leading staff in providing exemplary customer service, and communicating with company leadership.
