Description

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager!
Location Options: Mississauga
Salary up to $65,000 + $1,000 monthly bonus if sales targets are met
What You’ll Do:

Coach & Lead

  • Train, mentor, and guide team members through ongoing feedback, coaching, and development
  • Foster a culture of excellence in sales and customer service

Drive Results

  • Support sales targets through active floor leadership, team motivation, and individual performance management
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies in real-time to maximize performance

Collaborate with Leadership

  • Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop talent
  • Help build and sustain a positive, high-energy, customer-first culture

Own Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, supply management, and team huddles
  • Ensure all processes run efficiently and align with company standards

Enhance the Customer Experience

  • Resolve escalations, ensure top-tier service quality, and maintain a seamless customer journey

Manage Inventory

  • Oversee inventory levels, complete stock checks, and submit requisitions to maintain supply

Support Sales Execution

  • Coordinate promotions, in-store events, and sales initiatives to drive results
