• Experience: At least 3 years in a leadership role in the luxury segment, ideally in perfumery, haute joaillerie, or fashion.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English to cater to our international clientele.
• Leadership & Excellence: Strong management and organizational skills, with a keen sense for luxury sales.
• Communication & Presence: An elegant, confident, and professional personality who embodies the values of Arabian Oud.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Store Manager, you will be the ambassador of our brand and responsible for the boutique in Shopping City Süd. You will create a unique customer experience, lead your team with excellence, and ensure optimal boutique performance.
