Goodmiles Running Company in Brookfield, WI is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team and create the best running shoe fitting experience in Wisconsin! with weekday, daytime hours. Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Help customers find the perfect shoe using our Volumental foot scanner and expert fitting techniques.
• Store Operations: Keep the store organized, restock products, maintain displays, and handle daily tasks like light cleaning.
• Community Outreach: Represent Goodmiles at local expos and partner with gyms and running clubs to strengthen our presence in Brookfield.
• Team Leadership: Coach and motivate a team of Fit Specialists to meet sales targets and create a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications:

• Active Lifestyle: A passion for fitness, running, walking, or athletics.
• Sales Ability: Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Empower Team Success: Lead with positivity, support, and a collaborative mindset.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems.

Benefits:
