Location: Meredith, NH- On site Pay: $19.00- $22.00 Schedule: Full-time Sanel NAPA is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support team development, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail and wholesale environment. This role partners closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach team members, maintain operational standards, and support overall store performance. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will serve as the acting store leader. Responsibilities * Support daily store operations and team leadership  * Deliver exceptional retail and wholesale customer service  * Coach, train, and develop team members  * Help drive sales growth and build customer relationships  * Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and merchandising  * Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and operational standards  * Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently  * Support Outside Sales with wholesale account growth  Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required  * 2+ years of leadership experience preferred  * Retail, automotive, or auto parts experience preferred  * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills  * Comfortable with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and technology platforms  * Valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record  Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day  * Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 40 lbs  * Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions  Schedule * Approximately 45 hours per week  Apply Today Sanel NAPA is a family-owned business serving our communities for over 100 years, with five generations dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality auto parts.
