About the role
A exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Assistant Store Manager to join our growing Retail Team in Blyth on a full time basis. Our Assistant Store Managers work alongside the management team, volunteers and work placements to ensure the efficient running of each store. You will help to maximise shop performance and ensure a safe, clean, bright and happy and attractive environment for our team to work in and for our customers to shop in.
About you
You will pride yourself on merchandising standards and the presentation of your store along with your colleagues.
As well as having good levels of literacy and numeracy, you will need to be strong with IT to use our EPOS system, - You will need to be experienced with a range of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Gumtree and eBay to build our online selling.
