Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused, and strategic individual to join our Retail team as Assistant Store Manager. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will support all aspects of store operations, help lead the team of Cozey Ambassadors, and ensure we deliver an outstanding in-store experience. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Leadership & Team Support

  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising day-to-day store operations and team performance.
  • Provide on-floor coaching and guidance to Cozey Ambassadors to ensure excellent customer experience and drive sales objectives.
  • Support scheduling, shift coverage, and team check-ins.
  • Ensure team members complete product knowledge training prior to product launches.

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Monitor product displays and assist in merchandising flips with new arrivals.
  • Manage order holds and follow-ups on draft orders.
  • Coordinate backstock returns to the warehouse and maintain supply inventory.
