We are seeking a dynamic outgoing Assistant Manager to support running one of our busiest locations in the Berkshires, Lee. Do you have strong sales and sales coaching skills, excellent customer service, face-to-face and over the phone, and great organizational skills while being results-oriented?
Our Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting the store manager in the store’s day-to-day operations, including maximizing sales, minimizing expenses, optimizing merchandising, and modeling outstanding customer service experience. They positively represent Carr Hardware consistent with company values. The assistant manager continues to reinforce the building of an efficient, motivated, productive sales team. Assistant managers should continually expand their knowledge of the retail industry and leadership.
