What you’ll be doing As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store: Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time What’s in it for you OTE $80,000 (Base + Super + Monthly + Annual Bonus + Profit bonus) (monthly & annual incentives) 2 free pairs of glasses per quarter product allowance so you can rep the brand in style and a year's supply of contacts!
