Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading and embedding a culture that builds an engaged team of product and brand ambassadors within the store. This includes enabling and empowering the Store Management team to be customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven while coaching them to deliver an elevated flagship experience.
