QUALIFICATIONS :

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience or equivalent experience;
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Leadership;
  • Sales skills;
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Varied weekday, weekend, and evening hours.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and management of all operations;
  • Apply the company’s business strategies to achieve the sales and profitability objectives;
  • Be involved in the employee hiring process;
  • Be responsible for new employee training, including customer service, product knowledge, sales, and merchandising;
  • Be involved in employee performance evaluations;
  • Through a constant presence on the sales floor, foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement;
  • Maintain schedules and adhere to salary budgets;
  • Effectively communicate information to both customers and employees;
  • Perform and supervise in-store inventory management.
