OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help create a positive shopping experience while managing store performance and team development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to enhance customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong time management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising principles and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in training & development of team members to foster growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing.
  • A background in sales management is advantageous for driving store performance.
