As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring profitability, staff training, great customer service and brand consistency just to name a few.

Your ability to lead, coach and inspire your team will be essential to achieving further success in this fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an empowering team environment to deliver outstanding results.
  • Managing day to day operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Ensuring OH&S and company policy compliance.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and build a loyal customer network.
  • Initiate and implement strategies to achieve KPI's and drive improvements.
  • Recruitment of team when required.
  • Provide a supportive and engaging environment for the team so they enjoy coming to work.

What we ask you to bring to the role:

  • Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team (minimum 3 years).
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIs.
  • A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Competency in stock management and operational efficiency.
  • An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with flexibility to alter your roster 5 times per year.
