Summary:

As an Assistant Store Manager at our Fountain Gate location, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and product availability, contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organised
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
• Assist with implementation of promotions and visual merchandising in store
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Providing a great customer experience to all customers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse sales data and work with the Franchise Manager to improve in store
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• Interest and knowledge of golf
