EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Prior relevant Assistant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or high-volume customer facing role.
• Inspires entrepreneurial thinking and can lead teams to achieve extraordinary results.
• You are always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do.
• People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration.
• Decision making and problem-solving skills.
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
