THE ROLE…

Join the Beaumont Tiles team in Edwardstown as our new Assistant Store Manager and play a key role in driving the success of our store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the store operates at the highest standard every day.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals
• Leading by example to inspire a high-performance team culture
• Managing stock levels, ordering, receiving, and merchandising
• Maintaining store presentation in line with brand guidelines
• Delivering exceptional service to trade and retail customers
• Driving sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and business development
• Ensuring all safety procedures are met and creating a safe environment for staff and customers
