An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Store Manager role at Enzio Designs, A family owned business since 1979. We are the North West’s leading furniture specialists, based in Lancashire.
We have one of the largest showrooms in the North West and have over 185,000 square foot (space covering more than 3 football fields) of showroom and warehouse space.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail showroom. This role requires a hands-on leader who is customer-focused, organised, and enthusiastic about home design. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and lead a small team to deliver outstanding shopping experience, manage inventory, and drive sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales associates
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation
  • Manage inventory, receiving, and stock organization
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
  • Assist customers with product selection and design advice
  • Handle scheduling, staff training
  • Collaborate with Store Manager on marketing ideas and store improvements
