Expert Sligo is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving overall store success. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in retail sales, particularly in electronics, appliances, and related technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
· Previous experience in a retail sales environment.
· A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Strong knowledge of white goods, brown goods, small appliances, and computing products (e.g., laptops, tablets).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· A team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example.

As Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting the Store Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategic initiatives.
· Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
· Ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
· Controlling costs to help optimize store profits.
· Handling customer issues and resolving them to ensure complete satisfaction.
· Maintaining a management style consistent with company best practices.
· Ensuring the highest standards of customer service at all times.
· Assisting customers with product queries, providing expert advice, and closing sales.
· Organizing and managing repair and service calls efficiently.
· Overseeing the cleanliness and presentation of both the store and warehouse areas.
