Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager to cultivate a high-performance culture focused on team development and inspiration, while embedding customer excellence to drive business growth through operational proficiency. Responsibilities also include supporting management of store schedules and wages effectively to meet productivity targets and advocating for the Cotton On Group Foundation.
