Job Description

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will support the Shop Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
  • Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
  • Sales: Drive sales and meet targets.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software.
