Your New Role We’re bringing frank green to Bondi Junction and need an Assistant Store Manager with the energy, drive, and vision to make it an unforgettable experience. You’ll be the right hand to our Store Manager, leading on the floor, setting the tone for service, and helping to grow and develop our team. Your Day to Day Inspire and energise the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Support in managing store operations, rostering, stock, and compliance Drive sales and motivate the team to achieve and exceed goals Coach and develop team members, helping them grow into their best selves Keep the store looking world class with strong visual merchandising standards Confidently step in as Manager on Duty when needed What You Need Leadership experience in premium or lifestyle retail Strong people skills and the ability to coach and mentor effectively A commercial mindset with the drive to deliver results Confidence with operations and attention to detail Collaborative communication skills and a customer-first mindset Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and peak periods A love of sustainability, style, and creating memorable moments The Perks Generous product discount (you’ll be kitted out in style!).
