Assistant Store Manager

Freshslice Pizza is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least two (2) years of restaurant (preferably pizza) management experience
• Have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills
• Understand that “good teamwork” increases success, and aspire to make the people around them better than they are
• Be committed to operational and training systems
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Be able to interact easily with diverse employees
• Be knowledgeable of and can use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently
• Ability to handle cash register and sales transactions for customer orders
• Hands-on experience of making pizzas and understanding of menu items & guidelines, inventory/stock, prepping, cleaning, and sampling is a plus.
• Previous work experience at a pizza store or Freshslice store would be considered a great asset.
