JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Isabel MARANT store at Chelsea is looking for a new Assistant Store Manager.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the manager in organizing and managing the store
• Managing and leading a sales team.
• Ensuring that individual and collective targets are met and managing the team's organization on the sales floor.
• You will be responsible for ensuring a high-end image for sales, customer service, and customer loyalty
• You will provide daily training for the sales team and new recruits
• You will contribute to the development of sales figures and the achievement of monthly targets.
• You will analyze sales indicators and be responsible for product demand and restocking, as well as inventory management.
• You will ensure compliance with the visual concept imposed by management and the proper maintenance of the store (cleanliness, upkeep, tidiness, etc.).
• You will also be responsible for monitoring the storefront displays.

PROFILE

You have successful experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the luxury and fashion industry.

Your enthusiasm for the brand will be a plus.

You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.

You are proactive, versatile, and highly organized.

You have excellent sales skills and are CRM-oriented.

You have a head for numbers and are proficient in KPIs.
