ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

The role is a great mix of commercial, operational and customer service, and we want and Assistant Manager that can add value to the store and support the Store Manager in inspiring your team.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Computer literate and able to use all Microsoft office competently.
  • Previous experience of leadership in a retail environment.
  • Previous experience in a one-to-one premium sales-based environment.
  • Understanding of retail KPI’s.

  • Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve results.
  • Drive performance and sales through great customer service, VM and people development.
  • Create an environment that the team thrive in and where your customers have an excellent experience.
  • Enjoy what you do and show this to your team.
  • Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room Management, Manual Handling and being on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Take pride in your store and the VM standards.
  • Analysing trends and being proactive with stock ordering and sales floor layout.
  • Completing administrative task in a timely manner always following company policies and procedures.
