What you’ll be doing In conjunction with the Store Manager, lead and inspire your team to achieve excellence in customer service, team culture, and store presentation Drive sales and exceed KPI targets through strong leadership, team motivation, and authentic customer engagement Deliver a memorable and genuine customer experience, with a loyal customer base that values quality and service In conjunction with the Store Manager, manage all store operations including rostering, training, inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional execution Cultivate a team environment built on trust, development, and shared success What we’re looking for A hands-on, people-first leader with a genuine passion for retail and team development Previous store management experience in retail, hospitality or customer service A confident, values-led communicator who leads by example and thrives in a customer-focused environment Great visual merchandising skills and an eye for presentation Availability to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 30 hours per week.
