ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (ASM) LOCATION: KUYKENDAL & LOUETTA, TX, 77338 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to join our team at our Kuykendal & Louetta location in Texas. The ASM will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals. * Lead, train, and motivate store associates to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. * Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of store staff. * Analyze sales reports and assist in developing strategies to improve store performance. * Step in as acting Store Manager in their absence. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous retail management or assistant management experience preferred. * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. * Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. * Flexible availability including weekends and holidays. * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
