• Proven successful experience as a retail supervisor or assistant manager
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills

• Thorough understanding of retail fundamentals and best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Minimum 2 years retail supervisory or management experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
