Hankki is a popular Calgary-based Korean street food restaurant with 9 locations across Calgary, Lethbridge, Cochrane and Banff and we are continuously working on expanding Canada-wide. We have been satisfying our Hankkiers’ stomachs with Korean street food since 2019. • Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Interview, hire, and train new employees
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
• Coach team with upselling tactics to reach target sales
• Collaborate with other store managers to achieve overall business goals
