Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations and demonstrations.
  • Drive sales by achieving personal targets and supporting store goals through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on new arrivals and industry trends.
  • Keep the gallery clean, organized, and visually appealing; assist with merchandising and stock management.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle cash in compliance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members, contribute to meetings, and support the training and onboarding of new staff.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and report feedback to improve service and offerings.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, and ensure timely completion of daily administrative tasks.
