• Assist the Store Manager to manage ordering and obtaining supplies.
• Communicate/ report any issues or incidents happening in the store with management and Human Resources.
• Smooth running of the team when Manager is not here
• Coffee knowledges.
• Line cook knowledge - set plates.
• Quality control of all supplies, food, drink/ beverages, kitchen hygiene and health and safety.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen to create a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
• knowledges of all the food served.
• Contribute to training and development of the team
• Manage customers’ expectations and assist in dealing and solving all queries
• Manage and coordinate food and beverages
• Maintaining accurate records and accounts as required and reporting as agreed
• Manage front of house duties to include taking and serving order, cleaning and preparing tables, preparing bills and taking payment.
• Set an example for the team members of commitment, work ethic and habit and personal character.
• You will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing schedules and demands
• Ability to work under pressure
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation, monitor food presentation and address any issues or concerns related to food quality.
