We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering operational excellence.
Operational Excellence: Assist in managing daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer experiences.
Team Leadership: Support and inspire the barista team, providing coaching and guidance to maintain high performance and morale.
Customer Engagement: Lead by example on the shop floor, engaging with customers and resolving any issues to maintain satisfaction.
Performance Management: Assist in setting and monitoring sales targets, KPIs, and team performance goals.
Training & Development: Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members to meet Knoops’ high standards.
Stock & Financial Control: Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and assist with financial reporting.
Health & Safety: Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
