Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Halton Hills, Premium Outlet, ON. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to store management, retail loss prevention, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years of retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of fashion and trends
• Bilingualism is an asset
