Description Crosby’s is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations. In this role, you’ll support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success. You’ll play a key role in supervising team members, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. Scholarship Opportunity and Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program- Company Paid Requirements Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends and 3 evenings per week Experience Preferred Valid Driver’s license that meets company policy Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, daily banking, etc.) Serve Safe certified, preferred Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports, and vendor check-ins Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems (POS), and other equipment.
