We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Store Leader/Manager to lead the team at our Calgary store, located at: 5911 3 St SE, Calgary, AB T2H 1K3

• Lead the Team: Train, coach, and support a team of up to 15 team members to reach and exceed sales goals.
• Be the Go-To for Customers: Make sure every customer feels welcome and supported by providing great service and resolving any escalations with a positive and professional attitude.
• Keep Things Looking Great: Help with merchandising, ensure the store is clean, welcoming, and organized, and create an inviting space for customers and staff.
• Manage Inventory: Keep the right amount of stock on hand by overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accurate receiving processes, and verifying quantities are correct.
