Your OpportunityAt Papinelle, we believe great retail starts with great leadership on the floor. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead from the front — selling, styling and coaching your team — while helping your Store Manager bring the Papinelle experience to life. For over 20 years we've been designing luxury sleepwear and loungewear from the world's softest natural fabrics — Mulberry silk, organic cotton and modal — and we're looking for a retail leader who can bring that story to every customer, every day.

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance

• Team Leadership & DevelopmentCoach your team across product knowledge, styling, service and selling technique
• Support onboarding, training and the ongoing development of your people
• Take full ownership of the store and team when the Store Manager isn't on the floor
