As such, he/she has authority over all of the establishment’s staff, with due regard to the respective duties of the Manager and the Area Manager. Qualifications Performance indicators: Turnover Average total purchase per customer Sales index Conversion rate Shrinkage rate Practical skills and leadership skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, spontaneous approach, generation of additional sales and incentives to return The ability to organise a point of sale according to Management strategy and recommendations The ability to apply and enforce commercial and managerial methods Personal skills: Persuasiveness Well-groomed appearance Perseverance and energy Good teaching skills and exemplary conduct Good physical and mental stamina Proficiency in a foreign language Additional Information English spoken
