What our Assistant Store Managers do: Be the right hand – Work side-by-side with the Store Manager to create a motivated, high-performing team and a welcoming store environment. Keep Things Running Smoothly – Oversee daily operations to ensure everything is working like clockwork. Monitor performance – Help track KPIs and support the Store Manager in reaching sales and service targets. Deliver standout service – Guide customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise. Apply your optical skills – Help customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carry out precise adjustments and lens cutting. Good to know: No background in optics? That’s okay!
