VSP Consignment, a destination for luxury resale in Toronto, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our vibrant retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for designer fashion, and wants to be part of a collaborative, client-focused team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years in retail, strong tech skills, and POS experience.
• Proven leadership, business acumen, and industry knowledge.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

• People: Support in developing Retail and Consignment team including onboarding new hires, managing performance, and fostering engagement
• Client Experience: Maintain high client standards, drive sales, and resolve issues.
• Product Management: Collaborate on product layout, support merchandising, and educate the team.
• Environment: Ensure cleanliness, manage repairs, and maintain operational systems.
• Operations: Assist with scheduling, oversee cash desk and fitting rooms, and manage supplies.
• Security: Uphold security protocols and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
