Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager at Dyson, you will work closely with the Store Manager to take full responsibility for the store. From ensuring health, safety, and compliance to delivering innovative customer experiences through events, you’ll help make the store a leader in retail excellence, aligned with Dyson’s commitment to innovation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be part of a dynamic team bringing Berlin’s flagship store to life.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to oversee seamless operations and analyze customer purchasing behavior.
  • Lead by example, inspiring the team through coaching and development, driving store growth even as acting Store Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures to minimize risks for employees and the business.
  • Foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment through regular feedback and development conversations.
  • Build extensive product knowledge and keep the team updated on new developments.
  • Plan and execute creative live events to captivate customers and enhance brand engagement, aligned with Dyson’s customer-first approach.
