In Abwesenheit des Store Managers übernimmst Du die Leitung des Brand Retail Store. Dieser Bauplan eröffnet Dir neue Gestaltungsräume und Entwicklungschancen: Vorbildrolle für die Mitarbeitenden im Verkauf Fachliche Führung des Store Teams Personalrekrutierung und Personaleinsatzplanung Durchführung von Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards Pflege und Überwachung der Warenwirtschaft Austausch mit Fachabteilungen Administrative Tätigkeiten des Tagesgeschäfts Planung und Durchführung von lokalen Events Teilnahme an Meetings Eine globale Familie, die zusammenhält!
