We’re opening a brand-new Mococo store in the heart of Manchester’s Arndale and are looking for a standout Assistant Store Manager to support in leading the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store — bringing energy, consistency, and care to every part of the customer journey. You’ll help lead a high-performing team, maintain a beautiful store environment, and ensure that customers always receive exceptional service.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s passionate about jewellery, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys supporting others to do their best work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Coaching and motivating the team to deliver excellent service
• Creating an organised, welcoming and inspiring store environment
• Taking the lead on floor activity, setting the tone and pace
• Engaging customers with genuine enthusiasm and great product knowledge
• Supporting store visuals and promotional changeovers
• Assisting with stock management and online order fulfilment
• Driving performance through KPIs, upselling, and strong customer engagement
