Master the Operations: You’ll handle the "nitty-gritty"—scheduling, cash handling, safety procedures, and ensuring donated goods are processed efficiently. Represent the Mission: You’ll be the face of Many Hands, treating every donor, customer, and employee with the highest level of integrity and respect. Reports to Store Manager Requirements What You Bring to the Team: Experience: A high school diploma (or equivalent) plus 4+ years of fast-paced retail management experience. You must have at least 12 months of supervisory experience. Communication: Fluent in English (oral and written) with the ability to handle internal documentation and digital platforms like Facebook. Core Values: An appreciation for diversity and the ability to positively represent the ministry, mission, and vision of Many Hands. The Basics: A valid driver’s license with a clean record, basic math skills, and a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends). Physical Stamina: You’re ready to be on the move!
